Just another couple of inches please!

We hear it in the News almost constantly, we read about it in the Papers and we see it on TV all the time. Adults seeming to find it necessary to molest or rape small(ish) kids. Now that in it-self is disturbing and I can assure you that even the thought of some mentally fucked up person finding a child (anywhere from 2 Years old up to 16 Years) hot and sexy is enough to make me want to castrate a couple of them.
However, I do have to stop for a moment as well and put my foot in the fat here so to speak. After getting the warning signs from all around, why would a Mommy or Daddy allow their small fries to walk around with skirts that barely cover their bottoms? I am not talking about the carry around Babies here, but little Tottlers up to 5th Graders. I see that daily, little Girls in skirts no hooker would leave at home.

I understand that you may not see any harm in it, because after all we Adults should know better, but obviousely there are many Adults out there that know but don't care.

How about at least going with the old School Dress Code Rule, no skirts or dresses shorter then touch the fingertips when your hands are straight down. That at least covers their Bottoms.

Yes, I know most Girls will dissagree with it, especially the little older Teens, but look ladies it is a simple equation. Even so a seductive dress or skirt does not give a guy or man the right to rape you, it still signals that you are lose and give easy access. And since when do perverts follow the Rules? So next time you want to show your fanny off, start thinking about what you are saying to the world first please.
And Mom's please an 8 Year old has no business dressing like an Adult Female Period, that is down right sick.

Now it is your Turn!

I've often thought the very same thing.

One night there was a girl in the store with her grandma. The little girl had OBVIOUSLY just come from dance class, she was wearing just the leotards and bathing suit type top.

But, YOU COULD SEE THOUGHT BOTH OF THEM.

One older cashier actually told the woman she should cover up the little girl cause her parts were shoting, and the woman got angry and said she needed to mind her own business.

I don't feel that girls/women are "asking for it" by dressing that way, but espically when the kid is still young enough for the parent to be buying the clothes or dressing them, there should be SOME since of propriety.
